The Chairman of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area (ONELGA), Honourable Shedrack Chukwu Ogbogu, has approved the distribution of free part-time application forms for the 2025/2026 academic session at the Omoku Learning Centre of the University of Port Harcourt College of Continuing Education.
According to Honourable Ogbogu, this initiative is part of his administration’s ongoing commitment to human capacity development across the LGA.
He stated that the application forms are available to all eligible and interested indigenes of ONELGA who possess complete O’Level results.
It further highlighted the advantages of the programme, noting that it is flexible and does not require JAMB or any entrance examination.
The Chairman also emphasized that certificates obtained through the programme do not indicate part-time status.
He added that tuition fees are affordable, graduates will receive a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificate, and lectures will be held at Modern Boys Secondary School, Omoku.
In his remarks, the Councillor representing Ward 6 in the ONELGA 9th Legislative Council, Honourable O.P. Ikwuladi, advised prospective applicants to obtain their forms from their respective Ward Councillors.
